一、要清楚沙盘模型的比例
首先要向销售顾问了解沙盘模型的与实物的比例,通过比例尺计算出实际大小。计算实际距离的公式为:实际距离=图上距离/比例尺。
二、通过沙盘看楼盘配套设置
沙盘一般会包括楼盘周边配套,我们需要关注周边的配套跟楼盘的距离是否合理。同时要问清楚规划中的配套具体的开放使用时间。
三、确认空白建筑具体情况

七、关注周边交通
